01 · Press Forming
Body-Part Press Forming
With 27 presses from 110 to 400 tons, we produce body reinforcements (REINF), brackets (BRKT) and rails (RAIL) for major Hyundai·Kia models such as the IONIQ 5·6, GV60–80 and EV9.
Running a 5-station robot-automated press line alongside a tandem line, we mass-produce a wide variety of parts at consistent quality.
02 · Projection Welding
Projection Welding & Assembly
Nine 75–150 kW projection welders join H/WARE (NUT/BOLT), while the F/PROOF system eliminates misassembly and omissions at the source.
Forming, welding, inspection and shipping all take place within one site, shortening lead time while securing quality consistency.
03 · Materials
Material Capability
Beyond conventional steel sheet, we have secured forming technology for lightweight materials such as aluminum and SUS, meeting the body-lightweighting demands of the EV era.
By blanking coil raw material directly with an NC FEEDER, we build cost competitiveness from the material-sourcing stage onward.
